Zoom Class (Book in Advance)
Easy-to-manage stretches and yoga poses will begin the class to give your body an over-all extension and relaxation so that stiff and tense muscles will be released.
​
But physical work alone is not enough! A flexible and positive mind complements a well stretched body. It is best that both body and mind reach a wholesome state.
​
We will use controlled breathing and active visualization, to find and move away any suppressed or energy draining emotions. Then we can inject positive elements into our minds to make us content, focused and peaceful.

As you finish the class, your body will feel supple and your mind will be at ease.
